Processing of personal data via the website

OFC does not keep any data on the website that can be traced back to personal data.

When the visitor uses the ticket mail system, they are redirected to a secondary system that requests only a name and email address.

OFC processes this personal data from you for the purpose of handling an inquiry you have made to us. In doing so, any data you choose to provide yourself is stored and can only be viewed by you and by OFC. When the message is received, a wan ip address as well as a date stamp can be seen. As long as it is needed, this information is kept until the time comes when work may or may not be started. The ticket will then be deleted immediately. 

Data protection policy

OFC is internally bound by confidentiality obligations. Data is processed only on internal secure systems. 

Administrative data is kept in a protected manner according to tax retention requirements. Communication via the website or email is encrypted according to high-level security protocols. OFC does not allow mail to be forwarded on behalf of OFC. You may forward a received mail on your own initiative.
